Frequently asked questions

Currently, I only ship orders within the U.S. I will be adding international shipping in the near future.

I aim to ship your order within 5 business days! Everything is completed by me, so I am trying my best!

The USPS has been experiencing delays, but orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks.

usps first class mail - this will be in a tracked mailer or box. This shipping option is for orders containing memo pads, prints, or original paintings

sticker mail - this option is untracked and will be sent in a stamped envelope. This option is available for sticker only orders.

Unfortunately, the shipping process can sometimes result in damaged or missing packages.

I don’t accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Once your order has been handed off to USPS, it is out of my control.

If there is an error with your order, please email me or submit a contact form. I will happily correct any mistakes that I have made!

watercolor - I use my extra fine artists’ quality Rembrandt 48 pan watercolor set for my normal colors. For my shimmery watercolor paints, I use Fine Tec pearlescent colors.

gouache - I like Windsor & Newton for my traditional gouache, and for non-reactivated gouache, I like the Holbein Acryla gouache

paper - I mostly use Arches cold pressed 140 lb 100% cotton watercolor paper blocks, but sometimes for my acryla gouache, I’ll use Bristol paper

brushes - I use Mimik Kolinsky for watercolor and Princeton Umbria for gouache

pen - I mostly use the pigma micron pens, but sometimes I use my blown glass dip pen with Dr. Ph Martin’s Bombay India ink.

sketching - I use prismacolor pencils and copic markers in my sketchbook sometimes
